On 16 June the officers of the National Security Service of RA, within their functions of combating the crime and within the criminal case initiated under Article 235, paragraph 2 of RA Criminal Code, conducted searches in the rest zone located on Lchapnya street, Arshaluys village, Armavir region of RA, and in 46th house on Alaverdyan street, Etchmiadzin city, both owned by Manvel Grigoryan.
The rest zone owned by Manvel Grigoryan became a military warehouse and auto park with a handful of retro and modern cars. The rest house in Aknalich also served as a warehouse of food, hygiene items, medicine and military clothes with "Soldier's share" notice. The letters, attached to the boxes addressed to soldiers, testified that the boxes contained items sent as an assistance for frontline soldiers of 4-day April war of 2016.
Why all these items: soldier's shirts, socks, medicine, bandages, gauze rolls, pills, etc. were found in the rest zone in Aknalich belonging to Artsakh hero, will be found out by the Investigation Department of the National Security Service within the preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated under Article 235 paragraph 2 of RA Criminal Code. Food supplies (milk jams, paste goods, tomato paste, canned meat and vegetables) and even hygiene items, toilet paper rolls sent for soldiers from the schools, kindergartens and communities of the Republic, were also kept in the warehouses of his rest zone. Foods, supplied for the Ministry of Defense, with ''For soldier'' notice, which may not be sold or used for other needs, were also found during the search.
It is worth to mention the ammunition found and seized in Manvel Grigoryan's premise. The following ammunition was seized during the search of 28th house in Arshaluys village: 18 PG-7 anti-tank rocket launchers, 20 F1 grenades, 21.589 cartridges of different calibers, twelve 400 gram TNT blocks, 27 blasting caps, 2 barrels of machine gun, etc.
During the search of 46th house on Alaverdyan street, city of Etchmiadzin, owned by Manvel Grigoryan, the following was found and seized: 79 rifles with serial numbers, 39 pistols with serial numbers, 12.300 cartridges of different calibers. A handful of ownership certificates were also found in this house.
Three auto parks with a collection of modern expensive cars, retro cars, motorcycles and snowmobiles were also found in Manvel Grigoryan's rest house. It is remarkable that off-road vehicles and ambulance, intended for defense army during 4-day April war, were also found. These cars, which Manvel Grigoryan registered in the names of his relatives and moved to his own auto park, were presented to the defense army by the representatives of Armenian community in Russia.
The MP of National Assembly has also a personal zoo with a tiger, bears, ostriches and a horseback riding place in it. Based on the obtained information, it has become known that Manvel Grigoryan used the food, intended for the soldiers participating in 4-day April war, to feed the animals of his personal zoo.
